Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CoTeam, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CoTeam for your authorized business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining confidential login credentials
• You agree not to use CoTeam for illegal or harmful purposes
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• You will not use CoTeam to harass, threaten, or harm any individual
• You warrant that all information you provide is accurate and legally yours to provide

4. Payment Terms

Founding partners pay $499 for 12 months of early access. After 12 months, standard CoTeam pricing applies, though your founding partner rate is locked permanently. Payment is non-refundable except as specified in the 90-day money-back guarantee.

5. Service Level

During early access, CoTeam is provided on an "as-is" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide. CoTeam retains ownership of its AI technology, algorithms, and platform. You grant us a license to use your product information to build and operate your AI demo.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

COTEAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COTEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE OR THEORY OF LIABILITY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoTeam from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access to CoTeam at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your AI demos cease to function and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where CoTeam operates, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts.
