1. Program Overview

CoTeam's Early Access Program is designed for founding partners who want to shape the future of AI-powered product demos. By participating in this program, you agree to become an active design partner in developing and refining the CoTeam platform.

2. Your Responsibilities

• Provide regular feedback and insights during weekly feedback sessions
• Grant access to your product URL and documentation for demo building
• Participate in iterative testing and refinement cycles
• Allow CoTeam to use anonymized data and learnings from your implementation as case studies
• Notify us of any security concerns or issues discovered during the program

3. CoTeam's Commitments

• Build and deploy your first AI-hosted demo within the agreed timeline
• Provide weekly feedback sessions with the core CoTeam team
• Lock in your lifetime discounted pricing rate permanently
• Grant you priority access to new capabilities before public release
• Support your deployment across website, outbound, and other channels

4. Program Duration

Your early access program lasts 12 months from the activation date. After 12 months, you'll transition to standard CoTeam pricing, though your locked-in founding partner rate will remain in effect indefinitely.

5. Confidentiality

You agree to keep CoTeam's unreleased features, roadmap details, and proprietary technology confidential. You may not share access to the platform with unauthorized parties or attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying technology.

6. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with CoTeam's core functionality or results within 90 days of your first AI demo deployment, we'll provide a full refund. This guarantee is our commitment to your success.

7. Limitation of Liability

CoTeam is provided "as-is" during the early access phase. We're actively improving the product, and you acknowledge that issues, downtime, or feature limitations may occur. We're not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of CoTeam during this program.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your product, data, and company information. CoTeam retains all rights to its AI agents, algorithms, and platform technology. You grant CoTeam a license to use your product documentation to build and operate your AI demo.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your AI-hosted demos will cease to function, and your access to the CoTeam MVP will be revoked.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the program evolves. We'll notify you of material changes, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
